    I love me some Bill Miller's BBQ. Had them cater my wedding in 1999 and I still love them. Reminds me of the BBQ we used to get when I was a kid growing up in Houston. Nothing fancy or too expensive. Their fried chicken is wonderful. The sausage is also a must have. Grab a lemon meringue pie for dessert! As you can tell, I like this place. If you're looking for trendy, high brow BBQ, this isn't the place. This is where old school Austin goes for local BBQ.

    In my book, this is the flagship of the Bill Miller chain, even better than the stores in San Antonio. Never had a bad meal here. Try the fried chicken. Great service and the best iced tea.

    Worst service. And this is on 2 separate occasions. First time I went by and sat at the drive thru for at least a few minutes. This was after watching 2 other cars go before me and place their orders. So I pull up to window and had to place my order. Employee tried to tell me that her headset must be bad and that she couldn't hear me. Mind you I'm at the window watching and listening to her take orders for people that came in after me . And now today I place my order and they repeat it back to me correctly. I pull up and hand her my card. I can already tell something is up. She hands me back my card and asks for me to pull up and that they will bring me my order. So pull and wait and wait and wait. Had to have been 10 15 minutes. I ordered all breakfast tacos. So nothing complicated and its 7 in the morning so I know that is the majority of their orders. Needless to say I get home and at this point realize that they messed up my order. I just got off of working a 12 hour night shift I'm not going back. Keep the money. I'm never eating at any Bill Millers ever again.

    This is a tough review to write, but it seems to happen more and more. While the tacos are good, it just happens to often where there is very little egg. I feel like they are in such a rush to get things out the door, their quality is lacking. While their breakfast is good , I cant recommend this place because the breakfast tacos are always sub par.

    This is a can't miss restaurant. Food is dependably delicious and prices won't bust your wallet. It's always hard to decide what to get.
